Calcimate Preorder Promotion Terms and Conditions

‘The Promoter’ is Graymont (NZ) Ltd.

‘The Entrant’ is PGG Wrightson Ltd account holders who are over the age of 18 years as at the date of the commencement of the Promotion.

‘The Retailer’ is PGG Wrightson Ltd.

‘The Promotion’ is The Calcimate Preorder Promotion, where any Entrant completing a purchase of a Qualifying Product during the Promotional Period from any of the Participating PGG Wrightson Stores will qualify for a Promotional Price for such a purchase on these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

‘The Promotional Period’ is between 8am (NZDT) 1 April and 5pm (NZDT) 30 June 2026.

‘Participating PGG Wrightson Stores’ are: Ashburton, Balclutha, Cambridge, Carterton, Culverden, Dannevirke, Darfield, Dargaville, Eketahuna, Fielding, Geraldine, Gore, Greymouth, Hamilton, Hawera, Helensville, Huntly, Invercargill, Kaikohe, Kaitaia, Leeston, Lumsden, Mayfield, Matamata, Murchison, Morrinsville, Oamaru, Otorohanga, Outram, Otautau, Pukekohe, Putaruru, Rakaia, Rangiora, Ranfurly, Rotorua, Stratford, Taupo, Takaka, Tapanui, Tatuanui, Tuatapere, Te Awamutu, Te Kauwhata, Waimate, Waipapa, Wellsford, Whangarei, Whakatane, Winton and Wyndham.

‘Promotional Price’ means promotional pricing that applies to the Qualifying Products during the Promotional Period, as determined and offered by each Participating PGG Wrightson Store in its sole discretion.

‘Qualifying Product’ means either Calcimate Fine Limestone 25 kg bags or Calcimate Fine Limestone 1-tonne sacks available for purchase at a Participating PGG Wrightson Store (subject to stock availability).

By entering the Promotion, Entrants accept these terms and conditions.

Entrants will automatically be entered into the Promotion by placing an order for a Qualifying Product during the Promotional Period from any of the Participating PGG Wrightson Stores and taking the delivery of the Qualifying Product by 5pm (NZDT) 31 October 2026.

All product and delivery costs associated with entering the Promotion is the responsibility of the Entrant.

Minimum order of one metric tonne applies. Non-returnable pallets are included.

Promotional Prices of the Qualifying Products may vary between the Participating PGG Wrightson Stores.

The Retailer or their freight agent will endeavour to deliver within ten business days of the Entrants preferred delivery date.

If required, the Entrant may be contacted by the Promoter or Retailer by phone to confirm order or delivery details. If the Entrant cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the preferred delivery date the Retailer reserves the right to reorganise or cancel the order. Neither the Retailer, Promoter, nor its related companies, agents or contractors will be liable for any delay in the delivery, or the non-delivery.

All freight arrangements and pricing should be organised and confirmed by the relevant Participating PGG Wrightson Store. The Promoter is not responsible for freight arrangements or delivery to the Entrants nominated farm or storage facility.

The Promoter nor any other entity associated with this Promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or incorrectly submitted orders, including but not limited to orders not received due to technical problems or human error.

Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

All decisions made by the Promoter, its employees or agents are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promotor may amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of the promotion at any time at its sole reasonable discretion. Any amendments, suspensions or cancellation of the Promotion will be notified to the Entrant via the Retailer.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Promotor (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies), excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.

As a condition of participating in the Promotion, the Entrants indemnify the Promoter, all organisers, and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with the Promotion (each, an Indemnified Person) against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which an entrant may incur arising out of their participation in the Promotion, howsoever caused, except to the extent any such claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses are directly caused by any Indemnified Person’s negligent act or omission, fraud, willful misconduct or breach of these terms and conditions.

Personal information of Entrants may be collected to enable the Retailer and the Promoter to administer the Promotion and to contact the Entrant and may also be provided to other third parties assisting the Promoter in this regard, including without limitation, deliverers, and any authorities which regulate this Promotion (if applicable). If an Entrant does not truthfully provide all the requested personal information, the Promoter or Retailer reserves the right to reject their order and entry into this Promotion. The Promoter and Retailer will use and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy, which can be viewed at Privacy Policy | Graymont. Entrants may access the personal information that the Promoter holds about them, and should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter at customersupportNZ@graymont.com.

These terms and conditions are in addition to the Retailer’s Standard Terms of Sale, available at Terms of Sale www.pggwrightson.co.nz/terms-of-sale which govern the sale, supply and delivery of the products subject to this Promotion. In the event of any inconsistency, the Retailer’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale prevail.

Nothing in these terms and conditions creates a contract of sale between the Entrant and the Promoter.

These terms and conditions are intended to be for the benefit of, and enforceable by, the Retailer for the purposes of Part 2, Subpart 1 of the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017.
