Entry into this promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are ineligible. The promoter is Graymont (NZ) Limited, Level 4, 214 Collingwood Street, Hamilton, 3204, New Zealand (Promoter).

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights that a consumer may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Without affecting any such rights that consumers may have, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Graymont (NZ) Limited makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or suitability of the prize awarded as part of this Promotion.

1. The Promotion starts at 12.01am (NZST) 1 July 2026 and ends at 4.59pm (NZST) 31 October 2026 (Promotion Period).

2. Each purchase of 1 tonne (40 x 25kg bags only) of Calcimate® during the Promotion Period (Qualifying Purchase) will entitle a participant to 1 (one) entry via SMS.

3. Every entry goes into the draw to win one prize which consists of a Honda XR150L All-Purpose Farm Motorbike to a maximum value of $6000 NZD including GST (Prize), with such a package to be selected in Promoter's sole discretion. 

4. The Prize is not transferable, or redeemable for cash.

5. Proof of purchase must be provided to be eligible to win. A copy of a valid receipt showing that Calcimate® was purchased between the Promotion Period will be required to be emailed through to customersupportNZ@graymont.com should you be successfully drawn the winner of the Prize.

6. To enter by SMS, simply text the keyword ‘Calcimate’ and your full name to 226. You may enter using any NZ mobile phone (021/022/027/029). Standard network rates apply. SMS may not be available with some text-inclusive packages, check with your network operator. Ensure you have permission from the person who pays the mobile phone bill before entering.

7. All eligible entries must be received by the Promoter by 4.59pm (NZST) on 31 October 2026.

8. Entry is only open to NZ residents excluding:

   1. a). management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promotor, its related bodies corporate, the participating stores and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion; and

   2. b). a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph (a) above.​​​​

9. If an entrant is under the age of 18 years, they acknowledge that they have their parent's or guardian's permission to enter the Promotion and agree that, if they are drawn as a winner, their parent or guardian will be awarded the Prize, and the parent or guardian may be required to sign acceptance of the Terms and Conditions prior to claiming the Prize. 

10. No responsibility will be accepted for entries or Prize claims that are late, any entries that are not received, or any entries or files that are corrupt, damaged, incorrectly submitted, lost or inaccessable. The Promoter is not responsible for technical errors that may occur during the promotion.

11. The winner will be selected by a random draw under police supervision from among all qualifying entries on Wednesday, 30 November 2026. The winner will be informed by phone within five (5) working days of the winning entry being drawn.

12. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified. Any entries that are illegible, incomplete, offensive, fraudulent or unlawful will be disqualified.

13. In the event that the Prize is not available for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may substitute the Prize with a like prize of the same or similar value.

14. If an ineligible entry is drawn, the winner does not provide proof of purchase within one month after the draw has taken place, or the winner is unable to be contacted within one month after the draw has taken place after making all reasonable attempts, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited their Prize and a re-draw will take place.  The prize winner must claim the prize within one month of being notified. Failure to claim the prize within one month, as required under this clause, will be considered a forfeiture of the Prize. Any such forfeiture will entitle the Promoter to draw another prize winner two months after the initial draw takes place.

15. The Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. The Prize is taken entirely at the winner's own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the prize winner indemnifies the Promoter against any claim for property damage or other loss, cost or expense arising in connection with the Prize.

17. By entering the Promotion, you agree to the Promoter using your personal information supplied to contact you if you are a winner. 

18. The winner consents to the Promoter using their names and/or photographs for publicity purposes for an unlimited period, without compensation, as determined by the Promotor. 

19. The Promoter collects participants' personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each Participant agrees that the Promoter may: 

• ​a. use the participant's personal information to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and​

• b. disclose the participant's personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and Prize suppliers, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion

20. All personal information supplied by a participant will be collected and stored by the promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. You have the right to access any of your personal information held by the promoter and request correction of it pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020. Participants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter at customersupportNZ@graymont.com.
